War and Battle Leader for entire Clan

The General is the highest ranking authority which most clan encounter on a regular basis. The position of General is both a civil and a military one, demanding the management of both internal concerns and external military enterprises. Above all, the General is responsible for maintaining balance: balance between freedom and unity; tradition and innovation; military goals and civil developement.
The General of a city or territory is responsible for maintaining the security and functionality of his appointed territory.

Other General Responsibilites:

Oversee all matters of a clan within the Pack and lead that Clan
Assist and advise the Overlord
Members of the Inner Circle with full voting power
Handle all disputes involving members of their Clan
May bring others into Unlife
